The Podcasts

Ryan Holiday hosts two of the most consistent shows in the medium — a Stoic meditation every morning, and a note to parents every day. Here they are — plus the one we're slowly building ourselves.

Two daily habits, in your ears

Both run on the same premise as the books: small, repeatable, ancient. Subscribe wherever you listen — the links go to the official homes.

The Daily Stoic

A show of our own · in the works

Recording on the shores of Cedar Creek

Here's the honest truth: watching Ryan build the Daily Stoic from a daily email into a whole studio is a big part of why we started this site. We live a short drive from The Painted Porch, we spend more time in that shop than we probably should admit, and we've been quietly setting up to record — the same Shure SM7B on the boom, a quiet room, and a long list of conversations we'd love to have about Stoicism, books and the examined life.

It isn't launched yet. When it is, it'll live right here. Until then, the conversation is already happening in the conference on The Spring — pull up a chair, tell us who you'd want to hear from, and we'll build the show around it.
